I saw Police Camera Van and i was wondering whether they could identify the driver? what's the difference between this and those yellow ones? -

Re: Camera vanThey can't identify the driver. However if you've been caught speeding you must by law give the details of the driver. If you "don't know" then you can get 6 points yourself + x fine.(Original post by yashradia)
