I obviously don't know but I reckon points to revise:
Cloning and micropropagation
Genetic engineering
The industrial fermenter and large scale production of insulin
Perhaps germination and plant reproduction
Nitrogen, carbon and water cycles.
Feeding relationships and pyramids
Gas exchange and ventilation in humans.
Deeper level on heart function
Accommodation of the eye and the pupil and iris reflexes.
Vasoconstriction and vasodilation.
I reckon these topics will be hidden cunningly by edexcel into experiments, yet I reckon it's more common knowledge than memorisation by rote

I just sometimes get unnecessarily nervous about things but my answers turns out to be correct and it's hard to say without looking at the paper but I would say near ~110/120
