Unit 1 2012 jan paper edexcel

I have the unit 1 2012 jan paper by edexcel which was given to us by my teacher but without been a teacher, you can't get anything for 2012 jan wise.

I'm wondering if anyone has the mark-scheme for 2012 jan paper, or if anyone knows a website which it will be on that doesn't require you to be a teacher. I would ask my teacher on the monday coming but my exam is this monday coming so it would be useless..

One question i have come across so far that im stuck on is question 9

Explain two ways muddy boots food ltd could increase its operating profits.
(It's a burger company)

I have no clue how they could do that...
