Development Economics
Dear all,
I have the following question to ask :
'...there is no reason why agriculture should hold back an economy' (The Economist 1997...) - Critically discuss the above statement. What policies can be implemented to enhance the role of agriculture in the development process?
I would like you to give me a few ideas on how to approach this question...
best regards -
