Getting an iPad replaced
Hey guys. I bought the new iPad 3rd gen from Tesco on launch. I've been enjoying it so far, but yesterday the temperature on the bottom left of the unit went higher than I'd ever experienced before. I knew full well the new iPad has a problem with heat, and it has gotten warm in the past but yesterday it became insanely hot.
I phoned apple customer support up this morning and they arranged an appointment at an apple store for me. I forgot the instructions he gave to me though. Should I take the iPad and the box/charger, or just the iPad itself? I've been told I can expect a replacement, just not sure if they mean the until itself or the box/charger as well.
Any ideas? -
