Re: Is this anxiety problems?I don't mean to be critical but I don't think the nature of her traumatic experience matters in relation to what she's asking and I don't think it's right to ask a question like that when she's merely asking if it's anxiety. Yes, it does sound like anxiety. You could try going to the GP or getting counselling to address the root cause. -
