Why this message TSR ????I am getting the following message

I did not post anything, nor violated, nor did I use any abusive language.
It was a thread started by some other person. I just viewed it and I posted a reply which was a very positive. And after a minute I went again in the thread. And I have been shown this message. Please advice -
