Am I Learning too fast?
I had my first driving lesson on Tuesday for two hours and I have had another four hours and I have got another two hours tomorrow well today technically as its 12.52am haha
As for my driving obviously the first lesson I was getting used to it, second lesson I was driving around a quiet area and on Saturday I drove around 7 miles to the next town and back so 14 miles in total. I am quite comfortable with the clutch just need to do reversing and three point turns
But should I slow the intensity of it or is having a two hour lesson every other day fine?
Thanks -
Re: Am I Learning too fast?
You can't learn too fast, although one thing I would say is if you spread it out then you learn slower, so it sinks in more and you get more condifence.
If you do it all in a week then you might still feel nervous when you get your licence, as you have only been driving for a week. -
Re: Am I Learning too fast? The first couple of lessons I was really tired after an hour but it gets easier and you get the hang of things. Once you are doing things without thinking about it then 2 hours is probably nothing. I think lots of driving schools only have the 2 hour lesson option(Original post by Aisha M)
i want to do what your doing but as 1hour lessons....
does your concentration not decrease after an hour? -

not really, like most teens i really enjoy learning to drive, and i think with 2hr lessons you feel more worthwhile -
Re: Am I Learning too fast?2 hours goes quite fast. Its better because you can go further afield and experience different road layouts and situations. It also means you can do more in the lesson.(Original post by Aisha M)

The only problem I find is my back sweats in the heat, so I get a wet back!
