the question on peptides and coeliac disease...hated that one (im assuming youre talking about aqa unit 1 alevel?)

Nizanator i agree with you i hated that too !, and also the enzyme one was quite tricky too, you had to say that starch is compact so when it gets hydrolysed the maltose needsmore space hence why solution increases at B -_-, APPARENTLY.. can anyone confirm?
