Re: Am I too fat ?
Overweight? Yes, compared to the general public, though I wouldn't say that abnormal for someone of your height - it's certainly not something to get het up about if you feel healthy.
One thing that confuses me slightly is the size of your waist - myself i'm somewhere between a 34/36, of average build and yet I'm 14st 11ib so over a stone heavier (admittedly that could be down to a number of factors). -

if you seriously ask if you are too fat, you are. -
Re: Am I too fat ?
Ignore BMI for a start its a load of crap. I don't know why anyone really uses it as it doesn't take into account any other physiological factors.
When I joined the RAF I weighed 13st 11lbs and only 5ft 8inches. My waist was also a 36. My BMI was indicated around 29.5, saying I was nearly obese. I clearly wasn't and was able to smash my fitness test easily.
So unless you have severe excess fat hanging over your waist or huge bingo wings I wouldn't worry about it. Plus at your age its still easier to shift weight if you wanted to. -
Re: Am I too fat ?why are u asking for more?(Original post by Onlyboyintheworld)
any more ?
yes you are fat. /thread
people telling you otherwise in a thread w/out pics may give u an excuse to not lift, but won't alter the fact you are fat.
stop looking for another answer.
