    Changing application type (income)
    hey guys, im yet to finish my application but after talking with my parents ive decided to change my application from non-income assessed finance to income-assessed finance. does anyone know how i go about doing this ?? ive tried going back but there is no option to remove my parents details. thanks in advance for your help.

    I had this problem! I rang student finance and they said I'd have to apply by paper, but I played around with it and if you go right to the end then you can change it at the screen telling you how much you'll get!

    You need a certain few sections of the form and unfortunately the site doesn't let you edit much.

    You need to call them and detail what you need, they'll email you the sections and you refill them out and post them, perhaps put a small covering letter detailing that you are changing your requests and that the posted application is the most correct one.

    Your parents would then need to do their normal stuff of signing in and declaring income blah blah blah.

    lol my bad ive said it the wrong way round. what happens if you want to go from income based to NON-INCOME based? sry for the confusion.

    does it work if i want to do it the other way round ?? income to non-income ??

    Do the same as I said, but you'll have to enter parental details. You can make them up though, just to progress to the end. Once you get to the end you can change!
