Is claustrophobia the same as having a panic attack?
I know what a panic attack is, but I am confused with what claustrophobia mean? I looked it on on the internet, and it states, it means that your being closed in small spaces or rooms. I have no idea what that means?
On TV, I keep hearing the term claustrophobic. But I never hear the term panic attack, why is this?
I have panic attacks one or two days a week, they usually last for around 8 hours. I am just asking, if being claustrophobia is different to having a panic attack? and what is the differences between the two?
Thanks
