Double bedroom available in student house share - CoventryThere is a double bedroom available here from the beginning of July. The location is Humber Avenue which is about a 15 minutes walk away from Coventry University. This a 4 bedroom terraced house currently housing 2 female and 2 male students, however I will be moving out mid-June and I am looking for someone to have my room. We are 1st/2nd year students going into 2nd/3rd year.
The furnished house has two floors with three bedrooms on the 1st floor; and one bedroom, a shared bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a laundry area on the ground floor. There is a washer machine/dryer in the laundry area, and there is a paved back garden. Also within a minute walk on Humber Road there are two newsagents, a post office, and takeaways among other amenities.
