Studying in the UK then moving abroad
(Ignore the ethics of studying in the UK then buggering off to live somewhere else in the world! Just exploring all options.)

How feasible is it to move abroad permanently to work as a doctor after graduating from medical school in the UK?

I'm having trouble finding any definitive answers about it. From what I can tell, you need to complete FY1 and 2 after graduating, but after that you can move abroad to complete your specialist training.

And it's also recommended you keep up your GMC membership in case you move back later on.

Anyone got any info about it?

You've answered your own question. Once you've passed the relevant exams (if any) for a specific country, you then just need to find a job there and obtain an appropriate visa.

Some denaeries will allow you to complete F2 abroad also.

Difficult, although it depends on where, the US will be very difficult to get a good residency unless you go to Oxbridge or the like, whereas it would be much easier in EU countries.

I have dual citizenship with UK / US (born in US, lived in UK nearly all my life), so do you think that would make getting residency in the US any easier?

Not much I'm afraid, the main problem is where you graduate from.

It's funny how people keep telling themselves that all med schools are created equally, but then when it comes to standings internationally it's a different story.
