Apply during your final year. I'd advise targeting vac schemes by applying over Xmas and during January. -

Re: Funding for GDLYou can apply this year to quite few firms, if you want to chance it. Non-law students can increasingly apply in their second year: a reasonable number now get their TCs 3 rather than 2 years in advance.(Original post by MC armani)

Get as much commercial and legal work experience as possible. Get positions of responsibility at university. And try to get as few 2.2s in your modules as possible.
