 American society is so repressed and guilt based. It's like the Fox News ****ers who say they're really Christian and try to be moral but commit loads of adultery.

Are you blind or something don't you see how porn is damaging the minds of young people its taking over their minds. Think about how bad it would be for the next generation of kids they're gonna growing up in a society were porn is available so easily.

BTW did you even watch the video.

It's taking over their minds and they isolate themselves because American society says people who watch porn are mentally diseased, it's guilt based. America has turned what many people accept as an immature part of growing up into a sinister conspiracy. Loads of kids in America engage in man to woman sodomy so they can remain "technically virgins" until marriage, because of the concept of sin, there is no love in their religion just a bunch of Neo-Cons controlling the population through fear and guilt, when they grow up, stop jacking and become adults the fear is of "terror" and the guilt is not honouring the soldiers or accepting unAmerican culture (I apologise for going off track but this is a symptom of the wider effort to control the population).

I watched the video hence the

Meh..

We are all eventually gonna have sex.

Imagine a world in which kids know about sex!!

The only thing to be concerned about is if your loved one is watching gore, necro, child or severely violent porn.

otherwise, who cares. Personally, I prefer ****ing a real woman (my bird) than watching porn, but that isnt available to some men and especially horny teens. Jacking off never affected my libido, mind or sex life or attraction to women. If anything, its boring. I barely watch it anymore mostly for a laugh.

nothing wrong with watching porn, I doubt he was sitting there for a 10 hour session at the family computer in the kitchen, that's when i'd say its an addiction, otherwise it is just normal to look at it.

only bad thing about porn is how women get treated badly in it and it's considered "normal"

**** the negetive feedback obviously they're woman beaters

The warning signs may include:
- Depression
- Poor school performance
- Self Isolation
- Lying

Oh...

Pornography has been around for as long as art has. Yes those who are severely addicted to it do deserve help but almost everyone grows out of this phase. The fact that religious/ cultural values have meant that talking about sex openly and honestly is very rarely possible is a much bigger problem.

So if you watch porn and masturbate once every day that makes you "addicted"?

So if feel horny and feel like you need some sort of sexual release regularly, you are "addicted"?
Because that just sounds natural behaviour to me.

It didn't mention anything about being damaging to the mind.... misleading title OP.

The video is a story of a kid who felt guilty and ashamed of doing a natural thing because of his Christian faith. There is a lot of scientific evidence that suggests Christians can't enjoy sex as much as atheists because they end up just feeling guilty for some strange and illogical reason.

Btw I lolled at the point where he said he timed his w*nks "masterfully" with that wide eyed opened expression on his face

I pretty sure the vast majority of teenagers, boys at least, watch porn. most teenagers do not end up as porn addicts or rapists. this is just as much overblown moral pushing scaremongering as "video games are turning kids into violent murderers"

Everything ****s up a few people, but they're normally ****ed up to begin with.
Obviously it is a problem if you view it that way but it sounds pretty normal to me. He went on porn every night and carried on with his life, he 'got good at covering his tracks' in other words deleted history, he didnt tell his mum he went on porn. Loads of guys do all of those.

How is that proof it damages the mind? It didnt say anything about damaging the mind once. It just said people go on porn.

It was horrible. I got the feeling that the man's stick was hurting the woman... I can still hear her crying for mercy in my dreams o.o :frown:

Says who? American girls are easy.
I don't think there's anything wrong with porn in itself. On the contrary, without porn a lot of people would probably be a lot more sexually frustrated. The problem occurs when people base their expectations of sex in real life exclusively on what they've seen in porn. Also, I think that most mainstream porn depicts a pretty unhealthy image of sex, where there's no intimacy or passion of any kind, the girl is almost always 100% submissive, begging for the guy to cum in her face at the end. That's not really what sex is like, and porn of this kind places huge expectations on both men and women. There should be a greater variety of porn out there, that actually reflects what real people do and enjoy and are comfortable with.

American girls will have sex with loads of partners then go to Church and deny it, Dutch girls will have proper relationships but talk openly about sex that was what I was saying.
