    How much wider reading is necessary for AS AQA English Literature Exam Wednesday?
    Does anyone know how much wider reading is necessary for me to have for the AQA English Literature Exam AS level tomorrow (Wednesday 16th May)?

    Well... It's the first part where you are given an extract and have to answer this question: 'how does the writer present his thoughts and feeling for the struggle of identity? Refer to your wider reading'

    Sometimes, the questions ask you to refer to wider reading from across the three genres. I would say refer to at least 3 texts/extracts. You don't want to talk about wider reading too much, as the emphasis is on the content in the extract, but you need to draw a few comparisons or contrasts from other texts.
