I get confused and I'm stressing because the structural formula I wrote was the one showing the bonds. And the display formula I wrote for the 2 marker following it.

In my defense I crossed out the wrong answer with the most pathetic of lines so I could still get it. I assumed that the atom economy was 100% and the reason for the enthalpy I put as it loses heat due to the copper heat loss

yeah for the species everyone had that answer
do you think they'll allow just writing Cl[SUP]35 or would you need the whole thing I wasn't sure about that one and did it at the last minute so not enough time to write it all
I think so I'm not so sure.

    It was Cl35 + Cl35 and Cl37 + Cl37.
And the next question was Cl35 + Cl37.
What if you wrote the numbers to the left of the element? Eg 35Cl + 37Cl

    I was confused but then I did 66/1000000 = 6.6 x 10 -5

then I divided each of the answers by 1000 (1 kg) and chose the answer that was the same as the above

    It was Cl35 + Cl35 and Cl37 + Cl37.
And the next question was Cl35 + Cl37.
I don't think Cl37 + Cl35 will not be detected in the mass spectrometer
    Don't they need to be positive ions ... Cl37+ Cl35+ etc ...

That's fine, but did you put the + indicating positive ions ?

for the enthalpy question did anyone get -607... and for the oxygen I got 0.9dm
I thought this was fairly easy paper... but i hope the grade boundaries aren't that high

I really have no idea, i just put those If we had to put Cl35+, i probably messed up the question.

I'm not 100% sure, but this was a mass spectrometry question and they detected when they are POSITIVE IONS

I have a feeling your going to need something crazy like 70/80 to get an A. Everyone at my school found this paper pretty easy going compared to January
They've never been anywhere near that high, don't worry.

    I'm thinking A=62, B=56

You know, I actually think that both will be right. As in both with and without the positive signs.

    A will be 58 I think .. B 52

It wasn't too much different from January

Well I certainly hope so. I actually though it was quite hard - lots of sneaky questions. Just loads of people found it very easy...
