Edexcel GCSE RS: Christianity and one other religion - 15 May 2012
Hey

Just wondering how everyone else found the exam yesterday... I think it went OK, but I had to rush the last question
. According to my friend, we couldn't talk about Christian views on arranged marriage on the last d question, so I think I might have dropped some really easy marks
Anyways. How'd it go? -
Re: Edexcel GCSE RS: Christianity and one other religion - 15 May 2012
I took one look at the media question and immediately decided I didn't want to do it
That might, however, have proved to be the wrong decision, as I don't think "liberal protestants could argue that the similarities between Christianity and other religions like Islam means inter faith marriage is acceptable" really counts as a referance to another religion

I thought that the first question on paper 2 part C on both questions would be really hard if you didn't know much/anything about either of the parables. I think it was either My Brothers Keeper parable or the parable of the Sheep and the Goats. How did everyone find that one??

Re: Edexcel GCSE RS: Christianity and one other religion - 15 May 2012oh yes! was that about all religions should accept interfaith marriages? i said yes they should accept because of religious pluralism and stuff but i do remember thinking oh i was going to put christian views and then realising you can't so if you wrote about christianity you may have lost the marks
It's only 3 marks if you did so i wouldnt worry about it!
