    Max Payne 3
It`s out in the US and its getting good reviews, some claim it`s the best Rockstar game so far! Anyone else getting it?

The cheapest price online seems to be £34.75 at Amazon, though Zavvi have it for £37.95 with the City of God Blu-ray. http://vanillaplay.com/cheapest-max-...-at-amazon-uk/

Probably, although judging by the recommended specs I feel like I need the hubble space telescope to be able to run it on PC.

Got it on Pre-Order for my laptop, but I'm sort of 50/50 on cancelling given how poor Rockstar ports usually are.

I think I'm gonna get it in store at HMV since I have a voucher for there. Would have rather order online to get some of the pre-order bonuses but remember Rockstar saying all that stuff will be avaliable as DLC eventually.

I'm getting the X360 version btw.

Wow. You`re gonna need a pretty hefty laptop no?

I guess you already checked but here`s a good place to see if you it`ll run on the PC you own http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/intro.aspx

I decided to go with Amazon and get the pre-order bonus. Zavvi can be inconsistent with their speed of service. The blu-ray was tempting though!

My copy arrived today. I bought the PS3 version and I have to say, it's very impressive. As a fan of the original two, I can safely say that Rockstar have definitely delivered the goods once again. Even without Sam Lake, the subtle humour and metaphors are all still here, as is the incredible atmosphere.

Playing online at the moment, so feel free to add my PSN - velvetbrain

Without the comic strips and with no reason why Max should care. It's going to remain on the bargain bin list for me.

Should manage it adequetely so long as it isn't a complete mess like previous Rockstar ports have been.

Nearly finished the game and I am very impressed with the graphics most noticeably in the favela and in the airport, everything looks clean and the lighting and animations are awesome, GTA V should be very good indeed

Only gripe is the lack of MP Maps, there's so many locations that could of been put in MP such as the nightclub and airport but there not

GTA IV is infamous for how bad it performs on PC systems.

Yeah exactly my point, the maps they are releasing at a charge are the exact same maps that COULD of been put in to Multiplayer from day one

    surely you agree ?

Totally. Do you have any difficulty finding a game online? I think a lot of the players will leave once the new Ghost Recon releases.

Not really man, i think theres only a few thousand playing online so that might be why, ive had a couple of freezes where the loading screen would just keep loading

Thing is, GTA IV and RDR are still really popular online, but thats only because of free mode, no free mode in max payne = will be dead in a couple of months

This game is amazing, almost completed it, some parts are hard due to the health going down so quickly. But tbh I think the actual character should have been made to look similar to the max payne on xbox original with the raised eyebrow, this character doesnt really look like the max payne I knew from the xbox.
