    Anaesthetic Sore Throat Relief
Firstly, I keep spraying it all over my tongue by accident, how do I best avoid this and actually get it into my throat? The numbness is cool but I can't really feel my tongue which is worrying lol

Second, could it make you ill if you swallow it? Maybe I'm doing it wrong and it's meant to go down anyway....

    Thanks all!

Thats a tricky thing to use properly!.I stuck my tongue out and aimed the spray head at the back of my throat. It took a few goes ( and made me gag a few times too) to get right.Once I'd got it though it did what it was meant to.I doubt its harmful if you swallow it though.
