    Student Finance - Decree Absolute?!
I sent off a photocopy of my Mum's decree absolute a week ago and I got a letter through today saying that they need my Mother's evidence. The letter from Student Finance is dated on the day that I sent the letter to them (May 10th).
Do you think that the letters have crossed in the post or is it because I sent a photocopy? Everywhere I read seemed like a photocopy was ok. I am going to call them tomorrow to check, I just wanted to see if anyone else has the same problem .

If the letter they've sent to you was printed the day you sent the evidence off, then clearly SF's letter was sent out before they received the requested evidence. Unless I'm missing something?
