    I know nuts and water is good for you.

    Fruit. It's good for you. Bananas stop you shaking as they contain potassium, and give you good energy.

    Food is normally the best idea :P


    On a serious note, lots of slow energy releasing foods - like bananas, potatoes, rice, pasta etc

    I normally order a Domino's, just be sure to include your seat number in the exam hall.

    I have this asian noodle recipe that that takes only 15 minutes to make (including water boiling and wash up) and it's super tasty with some pre-cooked turkey slices. Otherwise, spaghetti carbonara or something along that line. For dinner, stews and casseroles since not a lot of active cooking is required for those.
