Would be studying Media Arts and Film and Popular Culture. I've applied for Cronin and Cashin as a first choice.

I got a reply and I got into a hall
Only things that isn't great is the times they advise and the meal plan.
What do you all think of the meal/point system?

Do you mean the times to turn up on the day? If so i'm not too keen on them either cause mine's 9-12, means I might have to leave earlier :/
I don't mind the meal system too much. Saying that now before I see the food... I can be a fussy eater so it might not be fantastic :/ But i think there's enough points to make sure you don't starve We can have food in our halls can't we? Just as long as it doesn't need an oven

i am in De Marillac Hall room 246
yes the times they advise to turn up mine is the last one 2-4, i would rather go a little earlier
The food point system is ok but in the booklet we got it does contain much healthy food (meat, fish, veg) this is properly where the main meal part comes in
Also everyone has to have breakfast at 8-9.15 which seems a small time considering the amount of students
We can eat in halls. Microwave, tosser and kettle is what we have.
Its all getting very real and i bet it will be here so quickly -
