Can you use C4 knowledge to answer C2 questions in the exam?
I'm doing C2 questions atm because I have to resit it next week. There was this circle question I was doing but the normal way which you would of done (i.e find centre, then radius then find gradient then find equation) would of taken longer, so I tried it by implicitly differentiating and then just getting the equation, but would I be able to do this in the exam and still get full marks?

Any correct method would gain full marks, unless, the question specifies a method OR uses the word HENCE.

If you've been given a point on the circle then surely it wouldn't take long to subtract the centre from that point, find Δy/Δx and then find the negative reciprocal. Personally I'd stick to it C2 maths in C2, but there probably isn't anything wrong with using more advanced methods.

I agree. It's going to take you an extra 5 mins AT MOST (this is me being super generous) - surely you have 5 mins to spare in a C2 exam if you understand C4.

You never know what kind of examiner you get looking at your exam script - they could be in a bad mood or just really bad at marking or whatever else. Just put what's on the mark scheme and make the examiner happy.
