Ouch I've only got 9 after half term! I got most of them out the way beforehand! And yeah.. It just turns out that opting for french turned out to be the way forward And I guess it was okay.. There was a question about a guide dog on the reading paper that I didn't really understand but turns out that no one understood it And I would've gone had it been organised by the school and had I had anyone to take with me! Erm.. We're going to Italy and Germany I think And I'm into pretty much everything too.. Although I do tend to prefer Indie/Rock stuff.. I've been listening to Creep by Radiohead quite a bit.. And a lot of Arctic Monkeys as well as Muse What are your favourite songs/artists? And oh yeah They'll spot the link straight away! I'll do a geography degree, focussing mainly on music.. That's bound to work
i have 12 i think! so nearly half half! it's always reassuring if you can't do something if noone else can do it either i find! i always fear to be the only one, and other people to be like, "god, what are you taking about, that was so easy..." that sounds pretty cool! if only you had my great german knowledge i like that too actually, i forgot to mention! i had a big phase where i was really, really into the arctic monkeys and muse! right now, i'm really into ed sheeran, i keep listening to his songs! you may even convince the lecturer the way to teach geography is musically!

Very original! And you must've been glad! I'm sure you'll end up there if you go to a school like you do I'm hoping to end up on Cambridge (fingers crossed) even though I know that's extremely unlikely And I'd like to study Geography (mainly environmental geography)
The school's not everything! Only 7 people from our Sixth Form managed to get into Oxbridge last year- an all time low for us! Geography sounds really interesting I'm sure you'll do fine and get in to Cambridge! Most people underestimate themselves what are you taking for A-Levels then?

I feel like TSR is dominated by English Literature today, specifically OMAM, and a lot of people seem to be with AQA. Also quite a few posts on poetry... Haven't seen any on Great Expectations on my own

Awww I'm sure you'll do well in them though! And least I'm not the only one that thinks that then.. I hate it when people come out saying how easy it was and I'm sitting there thinking "That wasn't easy at all!".. And oh it would come in handy! I've got the two German words I remember though.. Yah and Classenzimmer (I have no idea why I remember that).. And woo! I LOVE Ed Sheeran too.. My hair's slightly ginger and I'd love people to love me like they love him instead of making fun of me for being ginger If I'm lucky I might yeah! Who knows.. They might just give me a degree and let me teach it myself?

I came back from tuition and I feel completely shattered, I honestly felt as though nothing as been done but at the same time I just want to go to sleep and wake up in the morning, but enough with the depressing note I felt today was good, Is it ok to still apply to colleges because recently I found a really intresting college that i might want to go to?

Ohh gosh-- a MASSIVE good luck to you!
I thought 15 was bad enough
I have 4 exams this week starting on Monday, and like 3 the next.
By then all English/Business/Citizenship is completed!!
I listen to music when I'm extremely stressed out to calm me down a little, even though my parents are constantly telling me not to stress out
    Good Luck buddy

exactly, it's so demoralising! i'm sure you'll do very well too! Mr. I am predicted 13 A*s! (I think it's 13...) I'm sure with your extensive vocabulary in german, people will think you're a native! You could totally be the next Ed Sheeran! you can play the guitar and are musically able (to be taking AS music...) i'm sure people will be so touched by your music, people will dye their hair ginger! anything's possible, why not?

That's considered a failure by our headmaster don't you have to take normal maths alongside further maths? Or is that just us? I'm taking Biology, Chemistry, Maths and History and of course, the ever important general studies
