Re: Current Year 11 thread mark III (woo!) / Year 12 2012/13Are you sure that the essay which you tired to send is at least 500 words long? If it isn't, then you can't send it. Or it could just be a slow internet connection(Original post by Sheel1)
Oh quick Question, When I try to upload my Essays to get 100 points, it keeps taking ages to send ( doesn't redirect me )...any way to do it then? Or do I need t do it on windows explorer / FIrefox?
I uploaded my essays via Google Chrome and Firefox

Re: Current Year 11 thread mark III (woo!) / Year 12 2012/13
Nomination time!!
Right so here's how it goes. In the spoiler are the chosen categories (by members of the thread) for the awards. Each person participating should send me ONE PM containing all of the awards, with a maximum of 2 nominations per award (for ones where 2 nominations are required, e.g. twins award, you can nominate 2 pairs) You may nominate the same person for several different awards too if you wish. Please do try to give at least 1 nomination for each award. Nominations will be open until midday on Sunday 8th July, and the winners will be announced that evening in the thread! (Which is likely to be the new one by then
)
You may nominate anyone who has contributed to this thread and the previous 2 threads.
Links to the previous 2 threads are below:
Mark I
Mark II
Please remember that these awards are just for fun; they are not official awards run by TSR and are not intended to upset anyone.

Re: Current Year 11 thread mark III (woo!) / Year 12 2012/13No problems(Original post by usycool1)
Great, thanks Loz! I'm gonna review my nominations before PM'ing them to you

Everything should be now fully clarified in my original post (sorry I'm a little sleepy and rushing a bit today. I'm going home for 2 months tomorrow and I'm trying to get as much done as I can today before football!)
Are you happy with me updating the OP with the nomination information temporarily?(Original post by g.k.galloway)

Awww that's cute! Most people I'm friends with are staying so mine wasn't quite the same, but it was still nice seeing everyone just enjoying themselves together for one last time(Original post by xAlice95)
Mine was really good thanks, It made me realise how much I'm going to miss my teachers and some people from my year though
How was yours?

Re: Current Year 11 thread mark III (woo!) / Year 12 2012/13what about early as level subject revision - no harm reading ahead and knowing what your getting into?(Original post by mevidek)
Any ideas of what to do this summer? I'm going on holiday for a week, have 3 books I want to read, but aside from that I've got nothing to do

Wooo only just got home! Had prom on friday, then and after party then went to a mates house to sleep it off and then went to a campout party last night all, and theb worked from 9am till 5
fabby weekend though, but its kinda all blurred into one thing and missing bits- sadly not the cleaning sick bits
Off to bed, so i can shower the bonfire smell of me for work tomorow at 8am. This is definetly not how i expected our 'well earned break' to be like! SUN KEEP SHINING
soorry for me rambling- you dont even have to read this all and i know most wont!
hope your all not suffering too much if you went to after parties this weekend!

Sounds like everyone's had a good weekend. I have too despite the tent being freezing! And nobody was sick so, that's always a plus. Seriously tired though.....yawn.
I was wondering, it's unlikely that I will have a job before uni. Do you think this will be held against me? I have done lots (and continue to do) of work experience & an internship. Thanks
