Fruit cheesecake, chocolate fudge cake, carrot cake...
Funnily enough, one of the few cakes I try to avoid is the typical white, iced birthday cake. -

I love lemon drizzle cake, carrot cake, just a nice chocolate sponge cake, cheese cake.....

Then later on, (5 mins) thought, ''This really isn't enough'' so approached the till and got another. As the woman was wrapping it up, a deliciously indulgent and flamboyantly large banoffee PIE caught my eye. Though it was too late to say ''give me that one too please, i love banoffee' since the line at the bakery was was really long with lovely rosy cheeked middle aged pastry lovers of the female gender, and I'd already replied ''yes, that's everything, thanks'' so I ashamedly re-approached three minutes later, with my head bowed low, and said ''The banoffee pie please''... Spent a good tenner that day on Banoffee. Oh, cake related memories, how I cherish you.(Original post by Zanna_K)
Banoffee pie - does that count as a cake?or these - made them for a fried :P
