    it was only one mark anyway

    I got 9.5 as well. I substituted 1 into the formula and got 9.5 then substituted 100 into the formula and still got 9.5 so assumed the highest must be 9.5 haha

    Yeah i did that at first but you had to look at decimals as well

    that was it, it was only a 1 mark question so it only needed the answer (12m)

    Oh Im so confused - whats all this stuff about 9.5? I just assumed the lowest the cosine of anything could be was -1 and did 7-(5*-1) because that gave the highest possible value for the height.

    yeah thats right, people got 9.5 just by putting whole numbers into the equation, but the maximum value could only be achieved with decimal numbers of 't'

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA i got 5 U's in all 5 mocks, and today i fell asleep and answered 2 parts (i reckon i got about 12/100) FECK YEH....IM TOO GOOD AT additional maths MOFO's
