ebay tips please?
I recently bought a prom dress off ebay (the seller said that they would accept returns) but when it came I didnt like it that much - however the seller is being a bit of a pain about accepting returns, so I thought i would just sell it again on ebay - given that its unworn I should be able to get roughly what I paid for it (£60.)
So does anyone have any tips? I have an ebay account but never sold anything before, is it better to put it in as a buy it now item or am i likely to do better auctioning it off? if i auction it can i put a minimum price, does this cost, and does it make a difference what time of day I do it?
Any help would be appreciated, I really would like to get what I paid for it back! -
Re: ebay tips please?
Open a case with ebay, seller basically has no rights not to accept refunds if they said so. You'll probably get your money back without even returning it ( but don't do that), that's how in favour ebay/ paypal are with buyers, alternatively get your bank to reverse the payment. I know that because I sell, and scammers get away with ****ing murder!
