Re: Depression Society Camping Trip! (And possible other Summer Fun Times)If somebody would be really kind and meet me off the train at Bristol then I'd probably come otherwise I'm likely to get lost(Original post by SciFiBoy)
train from Birmingham to Bristol is easy enough and only like 2 hours, from Bristol you can get most places in Somerset we are likely to go I expect

Re: Depression Society Camping Trip! (And possible other Summer Fun Times)If I can make it, I'd probably be getting the train there too so we could meet up. (I just checked, £8, not bad at all...I believe the central station is Temple Meads).(Original post by headunderwater)

yep, Temple Meads is a big station so be surprised if you can't get from there to anywhere we go.(Original post by Sabertooth)

Re: Depression Society Camping Trip! (And possible other Summer Fun Times)Depending on where I am starting from, I might be able to give you a lift (I plan to travel there with a full car of you smelly lot(Original post by headunderwater)
I would literally have no idea how to get to Somerset so I don't think I'll be able to make it.
). If I can't give you a lift, we can help you plan to get to the nearest train station, and then I will be shuttling people from there to the site.

Re: Depression Society Camping Trip! (And possible other Summer Fun Times)Not long until dates decided then, holding off on setting concrete plans until I know the dates as I want to go(Original post by rmhumphries)

Re: Depression Society Camping Trip! (And possible other Summer Fun Times)
I know, I know - I'm late

Dates!
Starting on Sunday 15th July
Current plan is to finish on Friday 20th July
You are welcome to come for as long or as little as you like.
Can people say when they want to arrive, and when they want to leave please?
Lastly, I am happy to drive 5 people there. However, I would need to know who would like a lift and where from. If anyone else wants to travel together, this can be arranged better if we know where you are. So if you want to post (roughly) where you will be travelling from (county is fine or a major city you can get to easily), we can try and arrange something.
