Why aren't they showing up for me? They still work but there are no buttons to add them in. Is this just happening to me or is it a site-wide issue? -

I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome and Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1. It's been fine previously, just recently it's been not showing them. -

Other members can only see the "Last edited by:" marker - they can't see the actual edits made.
