I just have to close the door behind me and have windows and curtains closed! Not dark, as I keep the light on, I just don't like day light to come in, ruins my mood and just annoys me.

I can't think of anything else I do... lol

• Compulsive reloading even if I've only fired a single bullet in a magazine. Gets me killed 90% of the time, but I still do it.
• Furiously mashing A when I throw a Pokeball. In some deep part of my psyche, I'm convinced this works.
• Making characters walk extra slow with the thumbstick. Altair/Ezio adopts a slow motion swagger if you do this.
• Making characters do ridiculous jumps and acrobatics when another character is telling you something serious.
• I look away when there is a loading screen or something is downloading (DLC or demos) because I've convinced myself that the loading bar or download percentage will move faster if I'm not looking.

When I want to quit a game, I always save and exit right out to the front menu then press the X360 guide button to return to the dashboard.

When playing racing games or GTA, I tilt to the side and tilt the controller when going round corners. Really helps make those sharp bends, unless you fall over

Sadly I do this whilst driving as well sometimes

Skyrim: Run away from doors which when opened take me to a loading screen - after I've pressed the button to open them.
Skyrim: Walk away slowly after assassinating someone. Looks less dodgy than fleeing from the scene even though it makes no difference.
Batman AC: Jump and roll down all empty corridors.
F1 2011: If winning the race by some margin on the last lap, slow down as I pass the pit wall, even though there's nobody there to celebrate my win.
Mario: Sprint forward, crouch, turn around then jump over the bottomless pit. 360 quick-scoping ain't got nothing on this.

I think everyone does that at some point.

This mainly applies to Dota and LoL but I do it on others games as well on occasion, I basically commentate myself in which I point out things I'm doing wrong and congratulate myself on things I do well. Thankfully I do it under my breath so I don't get too many strange looks about it.

I hop on a rush game on BF3, grab a jet and cruise around admiring the scenery (especially if it's caspian border).

Walking in almost any game with NPC's around, I don't want them to think I'm weird, running about everywhere

Removing all clothing if possible at the most serious points of the game, such as some grand final battle, while someone is giving a dramatic dialouge you'll see me jumping around in the back wearing the minimum allowed by the game.

In Fallout 3 I'll read out my responses when speaking to characters as I don't like the fact the game won't do so for me.

I always tend to play games as realistically as possible, in Fallout 3 I always liked to sit down at the bar in Megaton and chat to the NPC's around me while having a drink.
