Article shows that women are more irrational than men since they would typically give the better jobs to more handsome men, whereas men were unbiassed.

I don't think looks hold you back. I'm probably a 7 in terms of looks but I'm kinda short. The only place I feel uncomfortable is in nightclubs since it's harder for personality to shine through and people can't see faces as easily- and attraction solely depends on height it seems.
