I heard defenses might come up as problem questions.
I found a pretty good website which has literally all of OCR AS and A2 law on it.
Check it out, it might help.

I reckon Insanity as an essay for Section A. Property offences and non fatals on section b/c.

Can you look at question 5 on the link please.
I don't get why shane is guilty of robbery when he enters the shop but when he enters and steals it's burglary.

Hi, in question C do you have to use cases or not? I'm pretty sure my teacher told us we don't have too.
And how do you write answers to section B?

You don't need cases for section C questions, and for section B I think you just state the law, apply it, and illustrate with cases.

Basically only topic that is guaranteed to come up will be a scenario question incorporating the changes from Coroners and Justice Act 2009.

But with 3 essays; 3 scenarios and 2 dilemma boards hopefully they'll be questions on the paper that fit the areas you've revised!

I don't get why shane is guilty of robbery when he enters the shop but when he enters and steals it's burglary.
Basically the level of severity of the two offences:

Burglary is limited at 14 years imprisonment, whereas for Robbery is up to life imprisonment.

So Shane is [technically] guilty of both however would only face a charge of Robbery.

i really want insanity or self defence to come up as an essay as they havent been on for a while now. Also, id love to have a scenario purely on theft or voluntary manslaughter and for the dilemma i want non fatal to come up

    Excellent prediction
There was no non fatal questions for section B, but it was a decent guess
