    Heriot-Watt application :|
    Hello,

I applied for petroleum engineering masters degree in Heriot-watt uni. At the moment I am in the final year of my undergraduate degree. I will graduate this summer.

The problem is that I applied before 3 months no response on my application. I emailed them and they told me that they cannot consider my application without final degree certificate.

Is that normal? Does anyone face the same situation?

    cheers

    Hey,

I'm in the same position. They want to see my degree certificate as well. It's a little infuriating, can't really make plans or anything.

Wouldn't worry about it too much, there's probably quite a few people in the same position.

I'm in the same boat - just finished my undergraduate degree and been accepted to do Msc Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot Watt in September

I had the same problem with the copy of the degree, do you have any copies of results from the end of your second year? I scanned mine and emailed them to them in lieu of my final degree transcript and they accepted that instead. Hope this helps!
