    USB device not recognised
My computer is not recognising my USB device. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this? I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting it. The operating system is Windows XP.

Could be an issue with drivers, do you have a disk which game with the product?

VBQ is right, update your software, check the website for your hard drives software.
