Housemate wanted for 4 bedroom house in West Jesmond (double room!)
    Hi!
Myself and my two other housemates are looking for a fourth housemate as one of our original housemates is unfortunately moving to Loughborough University in September but has already signed the contract on our house
Ideally we are looking for a friendly and sociable female housemate who is also clean and tidy.
Our house is in a great location, two minutes from West Jesmond metro, Tesco express, starbucks and Osbourne Road! Our house has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and loungue (and a tiny extra room which we plan to turn into a dressing room!). Its very spacious and all the rooms are lovely! Rent is £299 a month, including water bills!
If you are interested please message me or reply directly to this thread!
    Thanks,
    Ellie

Hi, I'm not sure if you're still looking for a new housemate or not but if so, I may be interested. I'm a 19 year old female student at Newcastle going into my second year and my original housing situation didn't work out so I'm looking for a spare room! Can you private message me some more details if the room is still free?

    Thanks
    x
