    Am I seriously ill?
    Alcohol-related I think.

Everytime I have a hangover, I puke up this yellowy substance which I can only presume is bile. Do I have some kind of illness? Never used to do it before this year :\

    Thanks

Why, oh why do people think TSR and other random internet forums can provide expert medical advice?

    See your GP!

Excessive drinking is harmful for you definitely, so why do it in the first place?!

If it is a serious illness, you should have realised before when doctors, parents, adverts etc. told you TOO MUCH ALCOHOL IS BAD FOR YOU!

Anyone else out there who is partial to a few pints take heed! We wouldn't want you to be making a thread like this one.

OP I wish you the best of luck and if the results are positive, count your blessings and cut down on the drink.

    1) Go to your GP.

    2) If you really want my opinion, I'd say you're not ill, you're just drinking too much. People do puke up when they're hungover/drunk, it's the bodies way of getting rid of the toxins. The fact that you're getting side effects from heavy drinking isn't the issue; the issue is the heavy drinking itself.

If you're genuinely concerned that something is wrong, you need to go to the doctor. Just be prepared for them to tell you to stop drinking for a while and see if the symptoms stop.

Not bile; bile at no point will enter the stomach, goes into intestinal tract.
Obviously since there is cause here of being hungover and puking, stop drinking excessively. If you get this when NOT drinking, then there is cause for concern. Take it easy and relax.

Its because you have vomited so much that is all that is left. Stop drinking so much, your body obviously can't handle it.
