GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
I'm very insecure about my boobs, they're somewhere around the 30B/32A mark, so pretty small. I wear push up bra's most of the time, they make me feel a hell of a lot better and also make clothes hang better. I went on a date recently and the guy was really nice and we were getting on well and he invited me back, but I said no.. purely because I'm TERRIFIED of taking my bra off and the guy being like.. errr, where did they go?!
So guys... do push up bra's put you off? And you can't all say no.. because I've found that a lot more people are willing to buy you drinks when you're wearing one!

Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
I suppose if there's a chance you might be taking your clothes off later, you should probably wear something that's honest to your cup size. Otherwise, like you suggested, you run the risk of a "...?" moment. Any other occasion though, and I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with exaggerating yourself if it really helps you to function/get clothes that fit etc.
I don't approve of using cleavage as a tool to get drinks/whatever but that's another story... -
Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
I'm a girl and I wear push-up bras just because there is hardly any choice that doesn't come with excessive padding these days. I think it's so common that girls wear push-up bras now that I don't think any guy would be surprised!
I'm a 34C, so I don't feel like I need a push-up bra, but it does look great. My boyfriend has commented that my boobs feel solid when I'm wearing it because of the extra padding, but he still loves my boobs just as much when it comes off.
On the other hand, there are push-up bras that are so padded they're basically like a fake pair of boobs, and those are the ones I wouldn't wear.Last edited by kat91s; 21-05-2012 at 03:14. -
Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
It's a breach on the Trade Description Act and should be sanctioned by law.
Haha just messing I'm so bad. But I think I speak for all men when I say it wont be a big deal after a night out. We'll clock your deception almost immediately but will carry on regardless due to wanting to lob it in you. However the nanosecond the initial sexual conquest is completed most men would run a mile from a bee sting chest. No man wants to look at a boys chest when they're doing it, and those who do should go to Asia where there are plenty of places to find that sort of thing, such as Chow's Bar and Disco in Taipei, ask for Yin he'll sort you out. -

Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras? It's fine, girls lie all the time, whats one more going to do?
Oh, and to those saying; "All boobs are beautiful..." Rubbish. Do not get all of the flat chested, or 50 year old's hopes up.
Why am I always the one who ends up breaking the bull**** for you muppets?Last edited by Alpharius; 21-05-2012 at 11:10. -
Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
I wear push up bras all the time. And I mean padded. Like you say, it makes clothes hang better, and I feel more confident.
It hasn't stopped me having ONS and several happy long term relationships. All my boyfriends have said I don't need to wear them, but I wear them because it makes me more confident, which in turn makes me more fun to be around. I'm happy to be naked around them, so it's only for when I'm out and about lol.
None of my ONS said anything regarding the sudden deflation of assets and their enthusiasm certainly didn't decrease so I wouldn't worry. -
Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?Bit personal but.. how big are your boobs naturally? Could make a huge difference, with mine only being 32A like the OP, I DO thinks guys feel a bit let down..(Original post by fredscarecrow)

Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
I'm a 32B, and actually I never really bought my own bras - too lazy to look and try them on. So my mum would buy me simple plain coloured ones. Most of the time there are paddings in there. Sometimes I think it's more comfortable without paddings rather than having something there squeezing your boobs together.
My bf luv it perfectly fine
if a guy loves you for your body. He doesn't deserve you to love him!

Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
Go for it. I wear them all the time to give a nice shape. I was always insecure about my boobs and only one of the guys I've been with has seen them, but despite there being a bit of a difference, he still loved them. I think most guys understand that girls do it for their own self-esteem and they're not let down when you take it off.

Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
I'm smaller than you are, and I've found that most guys don't really care. My boyfriend likes when I wear one, but likes it even better when I (or he) takes it off

Also, out of curiosity, what is your under bust measurement? I went from wearing a 30A to a 28C, as my under bust is 25, and along with the bra feeling like it fit me a lot better, it also made my boobs look bigger too.Last edited by Ronda; 21-05-2012 at 21:16. -
Re: GUYS.. what do you think of push up bras?
I'm a 30C (sounds big, it really isn't, I'm almost flat-chested) and my boyfriend does appreciate when I wear my bra with a bit of extra padding, but he goes crazy when I take my bra off. (He is a bit of a boob man though, which I think is ironic as he goes out with an almst flat-chested female). But my point is, some guys care about boob size, some don't, but most like the look of push-up bras. If you're worried about being embarrassed when clothes are coming off, don't wear a push-up bra on that date?
