"Low Kit" Routine whilst away over summer?
Okay, quick fire question! I am in the South of France for the summer. I want to continue working out but will have no access to the gym. But will have access to lots of running/cycling and sea for swimming.

Kit will probably only consist of resistance bands and a stopwatch! Can anyone recommend a good routine combining cardio and resistance training?

    Female and relatively fit.

A skipping rope would take up next to no space in your bag and would allow you to shake up your cardio routine, maybe think about taking one with you?
