I made some mistakes too on the writing too, i remember one where i put arreter + another verb and forgot to put 'de' in between but they cant expect it all to be perfect grammar. I found the reading relatively easy - except the one of that lady's cafe/bar, they put some cheeky questions in there that i had to read over and the listening i thought was a little annoying. I'm mostly worried about the mark scheme, they're so anal!

I didn't put 'de' in between any verbs! I completely forgot about that D': my essay is full of mistakes, so I'm not sure how many marks I'm going go lose :/ I found the reading fine until that lady's cafe thing too! And it's really awkward when you think you understand the passage, but then you get a question that you cant find the answer to - there was one question I missed completely, it said something like 'where can she find friends' or something like that. Apart from thar I liked the other two, and I thought the one about how to meet guys was funny. the listening sucked. I guessed all of the last question. what did you get for the question where you fill in the blanks? I remember getting something like remplacer, menace, can't remember the others

Ohh crap, i think i got the environment listening one wrong then because i thought the first one was protecter because i thought he said it takes up to much sun, rain and space and that is why it is precious. dammmn it. the meeting guys one was so good! i hope i did no silly mistakes in it, but it seemed straight forward. The anorexic girl passage - the last two questions - how did writing help her health and what is her attitude to her health now? It didn't say what her attitude was like it just said she was ready to give it attention so idk if that was the right answer they were looking for.

How about the first question on the listening? It just put me off the rest? I didn't get the government short term or long term?

erm...can't remember exactly all the questions. i think...
la premier fois (they'd never asked for help before)
courte terme (immediate)
retrouver (it was strange but i don't think it was revendre or the other one. it said something about finding out whether they could go back to their homes)

for the alcohol one i put the first two and the last two
jeunes boivent plus
plus d'accidents de la route
filles et garcons
boire jeune, plus consommation excessive?

third exercise...replanter
la sante
menacent
met en peril

fourth one about that school...
in the french school system (didnt have to take an exam)
(how to distinguish level of foreign students) an exam
(langues) the best students can do languages
(who has to learn the language) sixieme a deuxieme
(who doesnt have to learn the language) those doing the bac
(majority of students) 95% faire des etudes en france ou a la reunion

i think there were two answers that had robert (i think thats what his name was? the one who talked about picking up girls at the bus stop)

the second one about the author with anorexia
(how did she disguise she was losing weight) wore baggy clothes/big clothes/long
(how could you tell she wasnt happy) i put the only think she wanted was to be somebody else, but some of my friends put she smoked
(how did her fiction writing help her) something about clearing dark thoughts?
(what she says about her attitude to her body now) something about trying to stay healthy?

and that tricky one about the lady's cafe:
(two serivces?) buy necessary items, drink alcohol? maybe?
(consequence chute en libre?) close the cafe?
(where people find their friends? ) at their house? i think?
(types of people she used to serve) parents who dropped their kids off, hunters before going into the woods, aand there was another option you could have put but i can't remember
(why she can't help people who deliver) she doesn't know everybody in town anymore
(why people prefer going to supermarche instead of her cafe) moins cher, les gens ont leur propre voiture pour voyager plus facilement

that's all i can really remember and apologies if anything's wrong, thats just what i remember about what i put - not necessarily the right answer!

(how could you tell she wasnt happy) the only thing she wanted was to be somebody else
(something about her parents not understanding?) they used to fight and often shouted and screamed at eachother
(how did her fiction writing help her) i was going to write that the imaginary character helped her get rid of darkness but wasn't sure what 'noirceur' meant! So i put imaginary characters helped her get rid of her anorexia (probably wrong)
(what she says about her attitude to her body now) she takes more care of it, she eats healthily and does sport.

(two serivces?) i think i said eat bread and drink some coffee or something i'm not sure
(consequence chute en libre?) la partie bar ne gagne pas d'argent
(where people find their friends? ) a la maison (chez eux)

overall - listening went well, reading went okay and writing was okay but I know I didn't do that amazing in the writing because I was losing concentration and I could tell I had made a lot of mistakes but I didn't really do anything about it. Never mind (it was a retake for me, and I'm already on an a so it's okay!)

NO, I don't think there was a remplanter. There was remplacer and proteger.
What do you think the grade boundaries are going to be like? I'm hoping for an A so how many marks would I need out of 70?
