Ye it's ridiculous! How can you go to a D?!?!(Original post by lou2012)
Oh sorry yeah I saw you said earlier now you got a D! I got an E, I got 2 B's in F291 and F292 last year and I was just so confused as to why I got an E this year when I finished in plenty of time unlike last year! The whole of my class at college got mainly E's though, 1 C and a D as well I think, I got my paper back and 30/60 was an E, so I assume the grade boundaries were pretty tough. It has somewhat set me back though, especially as I thought it went ok
I thought mine went okay as well and now I'm just worried its set me back too! I'm so worried now! Ye some
People in my class did pretty bad but there was like 2 A's but I hope it's a

This exam is going to be littered with Appraisal and Employee participation. Communication can't come up, its up every single year
I would be surprised if communication came up again.
What are your predictions? Has ur teacher have any?

I think the big mark will be participation or appraisal. Two random calculations that could be on either: Labour turnover, LAbour stability, Absenteeism, Worker Productivity, Wastage rate, Lateness. Then I think a question will definitely be on the HASWA health and safety at work act 1974 and the provisions it relates to: e.g. The working environment, the use and storage of substances, the place of work, the employee, the system of work. Then something relating to one of the calculations, like "Analyse two possible reasons why productivity has fallen". And if communication is in, it will just be a 13marker, but 13marks is easy enough. -

I think they may because if u look communication keeps coming up so I think they'll add one of them in(Original post by blue_)
