I don't think there's anything wrong with your nose! I wouldn't get a nosejob if I were you, it's a very complicated procedure and if they get it wrong and it actually ends up looking worse than before you'll always regret it... And again, your nose is absolutely fine, you've got nothing to worry about

Your nose is nearly perfect. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it.

Furthermore, from the pictures you've posted, your nose looks proportional and anything smaller would just look odd and unnatural. (just reminds me of how Michael Jackson wanted a smaller nose, and his results - cliche, but still true)

Body dysmorphic disorder is a serious mental illness. I know it has been mentioned, but you should find a psychiatrist or someone qualified who will take you seriously.

What the hell!!!!! I'd kill for a nose like that! I'm paying £4,500 for rhinoplasty and if my nose looks like that AFTER surgery I will be happy!

Your nose is fine. Mine's got a MUCH bigger bump than that and I wouldn't have a nose job. My granddad had a nose job (health reasons rather than cosmetic) and he was in so much pain for ages and looked like he'd been punched repeatedly in the nose for about 4 weeks while the bruising went down.
    Sounds really scary

Looks fine to me. Personally, I think when you do get a nose job and accept your new nose, you'll just find a new fault in yourself and the cycle continues 3:

your nose is not ugly! i know a girl with a nose that litterally looks like a parrot's beak, but it makes her look interesting & pretty. i mean if she had a smaller nose she would still be pretty, but she wouldn't be as striking. your nose isn't that bad at all, actually from what i can see of your face, it looks great!
your nose is very cute & don't let other people tell you diffrently!
my nose is bigger than yours & according to other people it kinda looks pig-like lol, but i don;t care because i know it makes me unique & maybe even striking.
if you change your features to look like everybody else, everybody else will forget about you

I really like your nose! No I think the bump adds character (that doesn't even probably make sense )

I can't post anon anymore because they moved the thread.

I don't think those pictures accurately show the proportions because it is actually too big for my face, especially if you look close up. My eyes and mouth are quite small.

I really don't know how one goes about seeing a psychiatrist, I really couldn't afford to pay one.

I've also wanted a nose job for some time but would probably never really go there...

However in my honest opinion? Your nose has an adorable shape, the end around the nostrils is perfect, would you risk messing that up? I think it looks lovely as it is, someone sticking a file up there and filing down the bump isn't necessary for such a tiny little bump!
I wouldn't see it as messing anything up because I hate it as it is.. but the procedure does look horrible. And I think I would feel embarrassed if I did have a nose job because people would notice.

It really isnt perfect.. the end sticks out too much and is too pointy... i have a similar nose to my dad, so its too masculine I think.

Still, I'm not going to get anything done to it. Its so expensive, and I can try and get over it.

youd rather have someone cut you up.. have the risks of any op than just put up with a nose.. spend the money on therapy instead

EDIT: thanks for the negs guys.. keep em coming i like to speak my mind but if you dont agree then so be it!

This is actually a fair point !!

If you choose to spend money on something that is very risky btw. It can go wrong. If you have a bump on your nose, they shave the bone and take a tiny bit off the tip. After you get a nose job youll have black and blue eyes as well as a nose [especially if theyre shaving part of your bridge] for at least a week. Theres also a chance of a deviated septum and breathing issues follow that. Phsycially, it doesnt make a huge difference, but psychologically you'll feel different in a good way, but that will only last a while. If you get plastic surgery you deal with the symptoms instead of the cause. You are not addressing why you feel as you do! I suggest really thinking this decision through, and possibly spending such vast amounts of money on therapy to help with your self esteem issues

I hope you realise I am not attacking you, and am genuinely trying to help you xx
