    Personalised number plate
Hi - Has anyone here made a private number plate?

I'd like one but don't know how to go about it. Hoping for something along the lines of TMZ 2004 or CSD 2004 if that's possible.

Can anyone recommened a good site?

    Cheers.

eBay is best, and cheapest. If you don't mind not having the post code and all the british standard bull **** in the corner.

£6 for a set of plates...

Oh you mean buying one, I thought you had the plate and needed it made up, then yeh DVLA is where its at.

    Search DVLA Registrations.

Those reg's you've given examples of, are in the Northern Ireland format. TMZ will technically exist (if someone else doesn't have it) because there's a Z in the reg. The other one won't though, I think.
Seem to remember all N.I. regs requiring a z or i character.

Good luck, private plates aren't cheap.
