My t-shirt stinks of foam after going to a foam party.. advice?
It's obviously not my best t-shirt but I'd sitll like to wear it again. Anyone have any suggestions on washing tablets/liquid that not only cleans but gives a nice scent... I'm not too keen on smelling like foam plus I've washed them before with persil tablets and it cleaned it but still smells of foam! Thanks in advance

Advice for going to foam party and wanting shirt to not smell of foam: don't go to a foam party.

    You are so very welcome.

Hand wash it, and add bicarbonate of soda. Leave it to sit for 10 minutes, then rinse it out and hang up to dry.

This works if you add a bit of bicarb to your machine wash too, but it's more effective when you hand wash it.

Bicarb is great for getting smells out of clothes.

Poo on it.Eventually it'll create a compound which is both colourless and scentless.

    for future reference:

    i) designate a particular t shirt as My Foam Party T Shirt

ii) do not allow the t shirt mentioned in clause i) to be used for non-foam related activities

iii) if you are unable to comply with clauses i) and/or ii) then consider eliminating foam from your life

I'd suggest trying plenty of fabric softener since those seem to be what really leaves a scent on laundry. I like the Lenor ones but I find Bold and Comfort ones are good too. If you have access to a tumble dryer then dryer sheets might help too.

Because they regularly send me emails offering to put millions in my bank account, and not one single foam party invite!
