i have changed my course. I was doing Electrical and Electroncis Eng. Found it hard and boring!

You're jumping to the last year of the course off the bat? but oh yeah for sure at the very least we'll probably bump into each other. Saaay whaaat? Okay I'm gonna have to call up asking for names and answers, haha. I'm a little bit unsure of what was going on so I'll just have to call up. I'm 18 btw, an innocent soon-to-be fresher. yeahh coz i have diploma,therefore i can transfer my credit to the final year. But i'm not sure whether i can cope if not u have to teach me what they teach u in the first year haha!!

Hellooooo I've put glam as my firm - I hope to study Interior Design at the ATRiuM and so I've applied for Ty Pont Haearn accomodation, since it is so close and convenient! I havent heard back from them yet though. Has anyone else applied for ty pont? B)

I got a clearing confirmation today, so will be coming to study Event Managment anybody doing the same course?

is it really worth staying in halls for the experience? I have looked around and private looks much cheaper, plus I would have to apply to liberty in Cardiff and commute every day on the train for the halls option

congrats.. wah event management.. i have been in event/exhibition industry for 2 years. not taking that course though.. i don't think event management need to study on a university i guess experience teach better lesson. erm.. only my 10cents

i guess it is really worth it to spend a year in halls. You can always find private houses on the second year

It mainly depends on what you want. If you want to party a lot then halls are for you! If you want to balance it and study as well then I guess private accommodation is better!

Hey guys!
Due to personal circumstances, I am now not returning to university in September. Even though the uni is absolutely lovely an i really enjoyed it, so it's a shame!My room is available in a 3 bedroom house, sharing with two lovely 2nd year girls. The property is 3 King Street, Treforest, and the room is a single, but 3/4 on request, and is a lovely size, upstairs at the back of the house. The house is really lovely and clean, and rent is £53 P/W not including bills.
