Well the thing is, Most of migrants pay the tax, and they also contribute to the country offer what ever skills they to the country just like my family. I lived in this country for about 7 years now and i feel that I am British. During this 7 years, I have always heard ppl telling me to go bak to my country, (its getting much better now). I mean dude, my family pays more tax than a lot "British", and some so called "british" just sit in the house all day waiting to be feed and go out and causes trouble... And end of the day they think we took all the jobs. My parents works hard to pay all the bills! It's a bit heart broken sometime hear things like that... We left my country to search a better life and now we worked hard and achieved a better life, we own this country a lot, and we are and always will support this country in whatever way that is necessary!

myself and housemate had this discussion with a female friend last week FYI im irish (and very nationlistic and proud of it) and hes scottish. She's english and very politically correct and she of the opinion that britian should welcome other cultures over thier own. Both myself and my housemate argued this, saying Britians losing of its cultural identity and British people being afraid to be patriotic as they might offend someone is disgusting and in many regards cowardly. She said that leaves other minorities feeling unwelcome - our answer theres fault on both sides. Britian is highly accomodating as a country despite groups like the EDL ranting on about "the muzzies" but immigrants also need to take a step forward as well. There is a reason why Britain is becoming increasingly a laughing stock - because you are getting a reputation of "we will let everyone walk all over us"
