Hello. I'm hoping to read International Relations at St Andrews 2013 Entry.
I went to the open day last month and found out there's 16 applicants per place; as the course is full of International Students (mostly Americans) and Private School kids. Scared me. Do you think these grades are good enough? Or should I not waste an application?

Are grades are good looking, but it is only when they are combined with a good personal statement that you can secure an offer, especially as St Andrews is very respected. Good luck!

Definitely apply, just bear in mind that not all of your 5 universities should be risky applications. Good luck
