As in supplements? If so , then for me it has I suppose helped my hair look a lot less fragile. Or I like to think!
But it certainly has made my nails a lot stronger, my metabolism is better too. I have originally iron deficiency, so supplements have helped me, despite eating healthy I lack omega 3 and iron etc
I wouldn't take it daily though, (unless you were told to)

Then you aren't eating healthy... no diet is healthy if it leads to deficiency of anything...

I eat healthy in terms of the foods I eat (fruits, veg, never eat processed foods). But I often find it hard to eat as much as I should; for instance to eat meat/eggs everyday (or as often as I should)
    But you're right!
